Question 1

How does the app account for arrow flight in steep mountain terrain?

Accepted Answer

The app uses a proprietary implementation of RK4 numerical integration to calculate gravitational effects and drag on high-angle shots, providing an accurate 'cut' distance for steep uphill or downhill elk hunting scenarios.

Question 2

What is the Shot Doctor AI feature?

Accepted Answer

Shot Doctor utilizes computer vision and human pose estimation to create a skeletal overlay of the archer. It analyzes biomechanical consistency and form breakdown to help archers diagnose 'target panic' or anchor point shifts.

Question 3

Does the ballistics engine account for dynamic arrow spine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By applying Euler-Bernoulli Beam Theory, the engine models the oscillation and flex of the arrow shaft upon release, to determine optimum arrow spine for your setup and to improve in-flight ballistic performance.
